Jason Shaw is the President and the Owner of Confidential Controls, Inc. The firm is licensed by the California Bureau of Security & Investigative Services as required by law to perform investigations. Prior to starting Confidential Controls he served as a Undercover Investigator, Manager of Investigations and Director of Investigations for two national investigation firms.
Mr. Shaw began his career right out of high school in 1988. With over 30 years of experience, he has assisted many employers from Fortune 500 corporations to small size companies.
Mr. Shaw has conducted over 350 workplace undercover investigations in industries such as retail, transportation, automotive, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, casino, electronics, computer technology, food manufacturing/processing, municipalities, non-profit organizations and all facets of manufacturing and warehouse distribution. Mr. Shaw has assisted in over 3,000 infidelity investigations.
